Victorian 9ct Gold Lapel or Cravat Stick Pin - SOLD

SOLD

A lovely versitile Victorian stick pin for a lapel, tie or cravat.

The head of the pin is 9ct gold which is stamped inside the reverse side with 9c, as often seen in Victorian jewellery.

The head is formed by a circular rope design surrounding a central disc with an engraved starburst that houses a tiny claw set ruby.

The pin shaft is stamped with metal on the reverse, but gilded to match the 9ct gold pin head. There is also a discret engraved line around the center piece of the pin which gives grip to material when being worn.

Overall this is a special little stick pin which due to its design can be worn by both men or ladies to enhance their wardrobe.
