This is a fabulous vintage pair of Renoir copper cufflinks, which rarely come up for sale and now we have been fortunate to locate two similar designs for sale to you!

The double squares create an octagon design that is typical of the geometric designs of the 1940s and 50s and still has a contemporary look for today's fashions and would suit a unisex wardrobe. T

he black oxidizing shadow gives them depth particuarly with the central square. Both cufflinks are signed on the back of the swival T-bar shank with the Renoir geometric signiture and can be dated to the late 1940s to the early 1950s as they do not have the © mark used on all pieces after 1954.

Good vintage condition.
