Vintage Powder Compact - French Poodle Design
Vintage French poodle powder compact.
A really cute vintage powder compact in gold tone metal.
The lid face has a transfer of assorted coloured French Poodles in variety of poses, which look like they are playing in a pretty multi-coloured flower garden.
Inside the lid of th powder compact is a clear mirror with a gold tone metal edging. The base of the compact or powder recess contains the original cream hard plastic base for holding loose powder and there is also the original powder sifter and small powder puff. All are in good condition but look like they may have been used once.
The outer base of the powder compact has a scolloped edge with the back of the compact having a pretty sunburst design. Also, the catch and hinge are in good working order.
The powder compact is in very good vintage condition, there is no makers mark, but comes with a black pouch. Overall, a nice collectable compact.
