A lovely unused vintage floral powder compact and lipstick holder set in gold tone metal. The round powder compact has a satin finish to the lid with a transfer picture featuring a wonderful bouquet of summer flowers. The vintage powder compact is designed to take loose powder and has a powder guard and its original mesh sifter and small puff. Inside the lid is a clear mirror and next to the hinge on the inside it is stamped with BRITISH MADE. The clip catch on the powder guard and the hinge are both in good working order. The base of the powder compact has a very nice machine engraved pattern. the compact also comes with its own black pouch for protection. The lipstick tube is for using with replacement lipsticks made with the same satin finish gold tone metal with a summer floral transfer to the front. The base also has a nice machine engraved pattern. This unused set comes in its original box and is in very good vintage condition. A lovely set, perfect for display or as a usuable vintage handbag accessory.
